Mood Foods To Keep Us Happy

Hi! This is Rie and Reeko in Mr. Knapp's class, and we are going to introduce a video from CBS News about Mood Foods To Keep Us Happy.

Summary:
This news is about healthy foods. Dietician Karri Glassman shared her tips for food that will helps our brains and makes us happy. It is said that healthy foods are oatmeal, milk, avocado, bread, egg, water, pineapple, nut. If you eat those foods, you can get brain power, energized or alleviate depression.

Interetst:
Food has many nutrition, for example makes good muscle, makes us relax and makes us happy. We like eating meals so we want to know about foods. Now, almost people eat not well-balanced diet therefore we think that we need to change in our eating habit;accordingly we watched this video.

My answer for your first question:
Yes I do. I am refraining from the foods with a high calorie. There are a lot of nutritious foods even if the calorie is low. It is bad for health to take too much foods with a high calorie. Therefore, I care of my diet and health when I eat.

My answer for your second question:
No I do not. Some people doesn't eat the hated foods so much eating a lot of favorite foods. Moreover, other people has a prejudice, too. I have the experience that the food that I can not eat when I was small can come to eat. So, I want many people to experience those.

My answer for your first question:
Yes I do.I do not care of diet in my meal so. I eat food what I want to. But I care of do not to eat too much and do not to take too much calorie. I try to decrease oily food and junk food.

My answer for your second question:
Yes I do.I like fish and sellfish. Especially I love sushi and shrimp. But I dislike egg in sushi. I also dislike milk. however, I dislike only crude milk. So I can eat yoghurt and cheese. I can eat dislike food for other way.

Yes. I try to eat foods with well-balanced. Eatng foods with well-balanced is very good for health. I think it is bad to have likes and dislikes in food. So, I care of my diet when I eat.


Second question;
Yes, I have likes and dislikes about food. I like pasta, sweets and the others. I dislike an onions. But I know likes and dislikes is bad for health. So, I think that we should eat dislike food for our health.

First question:
Yes I do. When I eat, I usually try to eat vegetables. Now I live alone, so I often cook meal by myself. At that time, I use large quantities of vegetables. They makes me more healty.

Second question:
Yes I do. I dislike a thing without even having tasted it. I think it is regrettable action. So I try to eat many foods now. Also, I like fruits very much. Especiaqlly, my favorite fruit is a pineapple. This's taste is very good!

Answer to first question
I don't always pay attention to diets, but sometimes I care about it. When I haven't eaten vegetables for some time, I will eat some vegetable. And I always drink two cup of milk for health.

Answer to second question
Yes, I have. I dislike sea vegetables and mushroom. Moreover, I have so many things that I can eat but I don't like, for instance food boiled and seasoned, shellfishes, carrot and so on.

Yes, I do. I care for my body, so if I take the partial meal, I will die young.I want to eat foods that good for body. I do not eat fatty food, for example pork cutlet, tenpura, fly abd so. The secret of longevity is that people eat good foods for body.

Yes,I have like and dislike foods. I like vegetable, fruits, sushi and so. I do not like meat, but recently I like yakiniku. I got possible to eat the food which aould not eat in old days. I do not like food which has sticky.I intend to eat without likes and dislikes

My answer for your first question;
No, I do not. I do not have well-balanced diet because I do not like vegetables. So, I almost do not eat them. But, I want to be able to eat vegetables.

My answer for your second question;
Yes, I do. I like fruits and confectionery. Especially, I like chocolates. I dislike onions and cheese. I can not eat food to include them. But,I want to try to as well-balanced diet as possible.

Yes ,I do .I care of meals when I cook .I do not like vegetables but I often eat .Because if I don't eat them ,I might be sick .So I care of meals for my health .

Yes ,I have a lot of dislike foods but I must eat them .I have many like foods .I think we should eat only like food .But if I do it ,we are sick .If I dislike now ,someday I may like it .

Now, I am not young, so I must think about my health. I especially care about diet. I often eat vegetable and healthy foods.

No, I don't.
I care about my health. To keep my body fine need a lot of nutrition. So I try to eat a variety of foods and don't have hated foods.

①Do you care of your diet when you eat?…Yes I do. I’m careful to start to eat on vegetables before carbohydrates and meets. When starting to eat on vegetables,
our stomach become to calm down digestion. As a result, it’ll be difficult to grow fat.

②Do you have likes and dislikes about foods?…Yes of course. I like generally sweets and dislike summer vegetables (for example, tomato, cucumber). But vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. On the contrary, sweets containing fats and sugars. So, I needs to be careful diet.

Yes I do. I take care of overeating. And I eat anything for example meats vegetables fish.I seldom eat fast foods for my health.

Second question:
I dislike spicy foods. They are too hot for me. I also dislike milk. The tast and smell of milk are not good for me. I can eat anything if they are removed.
