Harley The Lifeguard Dog
Hi, this is Yukari and Shiho in Mr knapp's class, and we are going to introduce a video from CBS News about Harley The Lifeguard Dog.
Sumamary
Harley is the dog that have natural lifeguard ability. If the kids jump into pool them self, Harley jump into pool too and approach the kids. And then, Harley resucue the kids whether they need help or not. But Harley don't get any resucue proguram and training. So, Harley is natural lifeguard dog.
interest
We interest this topic becasuse we are suprised thet the dog resucue children in spite of not get any resudue proguram. In the world, there are many dog that help people in various scene. But most these dogs receive the training. Howeveer Harley is different. So, we think Harley is very clever dog and we think dog is best partner of people.

My answer for your first question:
I think the reason is because they feel human's feelings. The language is not understood by the animal and human. Therefore, they may feel things that we express. I think that they maybe do not miss even our small fear.
My answer for your second question:
I like dogs. They are friendly and very lovely. Moreover, I think that they understand human's feelings. I had kept the dog until the summer of last year. She was a big presence for me. She was also my healing. I want to keep dog like her sometime.

Answer to first question
This family seem to have a pool in their house. And this dog looks German shepherd. German shepherd is very smart and faithful dog working as police dog, military dog and rescue dog. This dog may narurally have learnd rescue way in the pool they have.

I like capybara best. The reason is that they look dull. I like the feeling. I soften watching them.

I think the reason is Harley felt naturally the feeling what he must rescue the kid as a dog. Dog is one of the clever animals so he has a instincive sense. I am happy to hear that news. :)
2nd question:
I like cats very much because they are so cute and their feather is nice. Also, my grandmother has many cats so I have many opportunity that touch cats since when I was young.

Harley is German shephers dog. German sheperds are very smart. I do not know why Harley can rescue the kids without receiving training, but I think that it is courageous behavior. He is very kind and wise dog.

I like dolphins the best of all the animals because they are very cute and gentle. I like watching dolphins' show in aquariums. Their performances are very wonderful. I want to watch wild dolphins and to swim with them in the sea. I also want to watch pink dolphin.

I like many animals very much so I difficult to decide animal the best. However, I have a dog as a pet. I like him very much.

①Why do you think Harley can resucue the kids in spite of Harley don't receive training…? Dog is the animal that loves playing with man. So I think Harley plays by pull peoples in the water.
②What animal do you like the most?…I like cats the best. Because dogs is the animals gets lonely easily. If I can’t make enough time with them, they may feel lonely. But cats are not. I think cats are just hardhearted properly and suitable for me.

First question: I think ever dog has not a little such ability but Harley has more storong ability than any other dogs.
Second question: I like cat the best. The reason is that cat is very freedom and arbitrary. These character is attractive for me.

hey.. This is jacob harleys owner and I think it's just natural instinct but once were in the pool for a while he let's us swim but keeps a good watch.
